WELCOME LETTER 25/26

WELCOME LETTER 25/26

Dear Pratt Elementary School Families,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Pratt Elementary! I am thrilled to begin another year together, my third as principal at Pratt. It continues to be an honor to serve this warm, welcoming, and dedicated community. Whether you’re returning to Pratt or joining us for the first time, we’re so glad to have you as part of our school community.

Our mission is to create a joyful community where identity is honored and genius is cultivated. At Pratt Elementary School, we believe in fostering inquiry and curiosity by setting high expectations so that every student can become their best selves in our rapidly changing world. We recognize that to be successful in school, our children need support from both home and school. We know a strong partnership with you will make a significant difference in your child’s education. As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success and want you to know that we are committed to carrying out our responsibilities.

This year, our school community is coming together around a powerful and inspiring theme: “TEAM.” Together Everyone Achieves More. At its core, this theme emphasizes collaboration and teamwork. By promoting unity and encouraging each other to work together to achieve success. Fostering a positive school culture improves academic and social outcomes.
